After Office Hours

Although the office may be closed, there is always someone available 24 hours a day to cover the urgent needs of our patients. We realize that urgent situations will occur. In order for us to be the most efficient in meeting your needs, please call us at (508) 586-7334 , and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

... You may be connected with Nurse Partners . Nurse Partners is a telephone triage service, which is run by Partners Healthcare (Massachusetts General Hospital). This system is based on protocols, which exist for virtually every situation. You will speak to a triage nurse who will give you special instructions to meet your child's individual needs. Nurse Partners is in operation daily from 7:00pm to 8:00am and all day and night on weekends and holidays when the office is closed. If the triage nurse feels that it is an emergency, she/he will refer you to the appropriate Emergency Room. Remember that there is always a physician that is covering as a backup .
