Directions

Take Route 93 to Exit 4 Route 24 S to Brockton. Continue on Route 24 to Exit 18B. Take a right at set of lights and another right at next set of lights. When you see Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital, make a left onto Oak Street. We are located in the Medical Office Building at 830 Oak Street (directly behind Good Samaritan Hospital). Once inside the building, take elevators to second floor to Suite 200W.
